The Wyndham Forest Homeowners' Association is an incorporated body of the subdivisions of Wyndham Forest, Chappell Ridge at Wyndham Forest, Rivers Edge at Wyndham Forest, Holloway at Wyndham Forest, and Holloway Townes At Wyndham Forest in Henrico County, Virginia. The HOA was formed in 1998 and consists of over 665 homes.
The community is conveniently located off Nuckols Road, less than a 5 minute drive from I-295 and within the Deep Run School District. We have sidewalks throughout the neighborhood and a network of sidewalks that can take you all the way to Short Pump Mall. We enjoy being within walking distance of many great businesses:

Our HOA contains over 60 acres of common areas containing soccer fields, playgrounds, badminton and volleyball courts, river access, and more.
Located at 9786 Holman Ridge Rd, the Hollow Clubhouse is a 2300 sq ft clubhouse with outdoor bar and fireplace that can hold up to 311 people. To reserve the clubhouse, contact our HOA management company.
Jocie's Place is a treehouse playground located in the 10900 block of Holman Ridge Rd.
Cardinals Landing is a playground located near the corner of Holman Ridge Rd and Bennett Ln.
Annabelle's Place is a playground located in the 11700 block of Holman Ridge Rd.

Most of the work in our community is organized by committees, formed from members passionate about the topic. If you're interested in joining a committee, contact the committee chair. The New Construction Committee (NCC) consists entirely of employees of HHHunt. To reach the NCC, contact the Modifications Committee.
The powers of the new construction committee are defined in Article XII (Architectual Standards), Section 1 (New Construction Committee), of our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

To submit a modification request, review our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Design Standards and submit the Application for Approval of Plans for Property Improvement to our HOA management company.
The focus of the grounds committee is to report HOA common areas that need to be repaired or improved. If you notice an area in need of repair, send a picture and the location to Marco or anyone else on the grounds committee.

The day-to-day operations of our HOA is managed by Association Community Services West. They are responsible for managing our record-keeping, dues collection, and upkeep of the community. ACS West can be reached at 804-282-7451. Below are the contacts specific to our community:
We contract the trash pickup in our community to Choice Waste Services. Trash is collected every Friday. If you have any issues, contact the number below.
Curbside recycling pickup is provided to our community through Henrico County and Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA). Recycling is picked up every other Friday on BLUE weeks (see the CVWMA website for more details).
Our current landscaping contract is with BrightView. To report landscaping issues, contact our HOA management company.

Our articles of incorporation were filed with the state during the forming of our association and form the basic information about our association.
Our bylaws describe how our association is to be run. They contain information about directors, officers, meetings, voting, and more.
Our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) describe how properties within our association can be used. The latest official version is always recorded in Henrico County's records.
The Wyndham Forest Design Standards and the Holloway at Wyndham Forest Addendum are maintained by the New Construction Committee and Modifications Committee and are used to maintain three goals in our community:

- Encourage contextual design
- Maintain consistent appearance standards
